These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.josonjas-ukshop.co.uk.  Jo Sonjas-UK is the online trading name of Flutterby Crafts Ltd.  When purchasing from this website, please be sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions as stated below.


You will be able to access most areas of the website without registering an account with us.  If  you register and login using a user name/password you will be able to access everything on the website and receive notifications of special offers.  Customer accounts can be cancelled at any time by contacting us either by email [email protected] or telephone 0744 3606570. We also reserve the right to cancel customer accounts giving notice to the customer via e-mail.


All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.


We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately, however, we will not accept any liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website.  We will attempt to correct any problems when we are made aware of them.


When placing an order in your basket, this can removed at any time by viewing your basket and clicking on the remove button. 

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and will send you an additional email when the goods have been despatched.

We aim to despatch all goods within 3 days of receipt of an order.

Online Payments

Payments are made using Paypal or Worldpay.  If you do no have a paypal account this can easily be set up by following the link: www.paypal.com 


We use first class post and home delivery couriers within the UK Mainland/Highlands and Northern Ireland. Airmail and international couriers for all other countries.  You should allow up to 5 working days before quering the arrival of a UK parcel.  For deliveries travelling to other countries please be aware this may take up to several weeks depending on the service available in each country.  We do however, strive to deliver as quickly as possible but cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.  If you would like a parcel shipped abroad, please contact us by email and we will calculate the postage based on the country that we are shipping to.

UK Mainland shipping is based upon size and weight of the articles purchased, based around the cost of Royal Mail First Class up to 2kg and courier charges over 2kg. 

Up to 1kg 'small parcel' is charged at £3.99,

1kg to 2kg 'small parcel' is charged at £5.99

2kg to 5kg 'small parcel' is charged at £7.5

 Please remember that the Paints and accessories can be heavy items and this is reflected in the cost of postage.  The cost of postage is based around the costs laid down by Royal Mail and the courier service.

Damage in Transit, Returns and Refunds

If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation and organise for the goods to be returned.  Please retain all relevant documentation so we can contact the carrier to make an insurance claim. Refunds will be made by paypal.

Returns for Cancellations and Unwanted Items

If you change your mind about any of the goods you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.  Unwanted items may be returned, by prior agreement, under the following terms: 

1. must be demonstrably unused. 

2. there will be a 30% return-to-stock charge. 

3. original sending postage and packaging charge will not be refunded.

4.  returns postage and packing is the responsibility of the customer and must be by either first class Royal Mail or by recognised commercial courier.  We are unable to refund your return postage and the refund will be made via paypal.

Goods not Available

In the event we are unable to send your goods within 5 days on receipt of your order, we will contact you by email to advise you of the situation and ask if you wish to proceed with the transaction.


We at Jo Sonjas-UK do not disclose buyers' information.  Information supplied by the customer is confidential and is only used by us to send you (buyer) promotions, newsletters and orders. We do not supply to outside agencies.

This website is operated by Jo Sonjas-UK.  We endeavour and are dedicated to provide you with the highest level of customer service.  However, if something should have gone wrong, please do not hesitate to contact Lynn using email link,  [email protected]   We aim to reply to you within 3 working days of receiving your email.  If the problem cannot be resolved with immediate effect, you will be kept updated via email.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. In no way does this effect your statutory rights as a customer.

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
